MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee Jacksonville operations, lead two managers, and support a team of about 15 employees. The role focuses on customer experience, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in branch leadership, strong analytics, and top-notch communication to drive branch performance and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management, operations management, or a supervisory leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development experience.
• Proven ability to manage branch operations, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Oversee and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to branch employees, setting clear expectations.
• Lead and develop two direct-report managers and a team of about 15 employees.
