Job summary

Security Equipment Supply, Inc. (SES) in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Branch Manager to run all branch operations, including sales and logistics, and implement policies to meet branch goals. You will lead, train, and mentor staff while driving customer service excellence.

The role demands 5–7 years in sales, 1–3 years in management, and experience in low-voltage sectors such as fire/life safety and video surveillance. It is a full-time exempt position with growth opportunities within SES.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in low voltage industries (fire/life safety, video surveillance, access control, voice comms).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SES customer service standards and report variances to management.
• Oversee counter and telephone sales, shipping, receiving, repairs, RM module, and inventory control.
• Develop vendor/representative relations with Sales Manager; plan trainings and go-to-market strategies.
• Prospect new customers and support branch growth by mentoring the sales team.
