Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals seeks a Branch Operations Manager in Olive Branch, MS to oversee branch operations, staffing, fleet, and safety program execution. You will drive service delivery, coordinate technicians, and ensure policy compliance while building strong customer relationships within the community.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and cost management, with a goal of reliable fleet availability and safety performance across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5 years related experience.
• 3 years of direct line management preferred.
• 1 year of experience managing technical employees preferred.
• Experience with financial management against measurable performance standards preferred.
• Lean principles (5S/6S) and process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all branch operations.
• Own branch staffing, rental fleet, parts/inventory, and technician development.
• Ensure safety, policy adherence, and operational efficiency.
• Lead scheduling, deployment of fleet and staff to meet contracts.
• Monitor fleet readiness, utilization, and maintenance; report metrics.
