Job summary

Liberty Fence & Supply, a full-service fencing contractor and supplier in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, supervise field crews, and coordinate with administration to ensure on-time delivery and installations of high quality products.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related managerial experience in the fencing industry, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience in a managerial position.
• Fencing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to manage safety, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and provide leadership to branch staff.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule and control operational activities to meet budgets and schedules.
• Monitor productivity, material usage, and procurement; report data as required.
• Direct training, evaluations, and development of branch personnel.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and equipment/tools are properly maintained.
• Coordinate purchasing and staffing to support installations and customer service.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Communicate with President/GM on financial and employment issues.
