Liberty Fence & Supply is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the San Antonio operation, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality installations. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and team performance while upholding safety standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong managerial experience in fencing or related trades, with a focus on cost control, planning, and team leadership to drive branch success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 5 years related managerial experience.
• Fencing industry experience preferred.
• ADA requirements referenced in the description.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, schedule and control all operational activities to meet budgeted delivery, installation schedules, revenues, gross margin, and income goals.
• Monitor Operations productivity, material usage, purchasing of supplies, and provide data for reports.
• Use budgeting practices to predict and control installation costs on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure staff are trained, motivated and aligned with the company mission.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and formal appraisals for branch personnel.
• Lead regular meetings to review goals, progress, and problems; ensure safety and project commitments are met.
