Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to grow profitability by leading sales and operations at our distribution site. You will oversee P&L, manage a team, and drive cost control while expanding product knowledge across building materials and yard operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales and operations management, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in sales and operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability through strategic planning and cost control.
• Manage Profit & Loss across the operation and ensure financial targets are met.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of success in managing sales and operations teams in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
