Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Construction preferred.
• 5+ years in business/operational management.
• 3–5 years retail/store management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, and leads branch staff to deliver Legendary Customer Service.
• Drive sales, marketing initiatives, market share, and customer retention.
• Ensure safety standards per OSHA and DOT; lead safety audits and training.
• Manage branch operations and personnel; plan equipment rentals.
• Monitor financial reporting and budget preparation.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and reps; analyze market conditions.
