HOLT CAT, the authorized Caterpillar dealer, seeks a Branch Manager for its Waco, TX location to lead a single-store operation within the Machine Division. You will direct staff, manage profitability, oversee fleet levels, and uphold safety and operational excellence in customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and strong collaboration with sales teams to expand market share while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or Construction Management preferred
• Five or more years of experience in business management and/or operational management with progressively increasing scope
• Three to five years of retail or store management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis in Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Directs all branch operations and personnel.
• Drives sales, marketing initiatives, and customer retention.
• Ensures safety standards and regulatory compliance at the branch.
• Manages financial reporting and budget preparation.
• Plans and coordinates rental equipment operations at the branch.
• Recruits, trains, and develops branch staff.
• Collaborates with Sales Manager and Outside Sales Reps to understand market conditions.
