Job summary

Holt Group is seeking a Branch Manager for the CAT Compact division in Waco, TX. You will direct all activities of a single store location with profit and loss responsibility, work with the General Manager on goals, and lead branch employees to deliver high service levels and equipment availability.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, managing safety programs, driving sales, and coordinating rental operations while maintaining financial oversight and performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in business management and/or operational management with progressive responsibilities.
• Three to five years of retail or store management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences productivity to ensure Legendary Customer Service.
• Models and reinforces values-based leadership across branch operations.
• Manages branch operations and personnel, safety, and compliance.
• Drives sales initiatives, market share, and customer retention.
• Plans and coordinates rental equipment operations at the branch.
• Ensures accurate financial reporting and budget preparation.
