Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily branch operations onsite in Wisconsin. You will oversee administrative functions, customer service, and interactions with accounting and HR, while enabling growth through our employee ownership program.

The role emphasizes accountability, performance, and development, with a focus on ensuring branch health and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Technical degree preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years of work experience in management with direct customer service.
• Construction or home services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as customer advocate and ensures branch departments are engaged with customers.
• Supports operations with job costing, scheduling and permitting.
• Collaborates with Accounting and HR to manage onboarding, pay, and timekeeping.
