Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or military equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming, high-energy branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients at entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to appropriate services; assist with queue management.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and specialists for tailored financial needs and referrals.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support Branch Manager in loss control, compliance, and audit readiness to keep operations secure.
