Trustco Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager at the Bennington Branch to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure secure, efficient service. The role partners with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive branch growth in the Bennington area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Stand in for Branch Manager when needed and oversee daily operations.
Team Supervision: Oversee Head Teller and Teller teams to foster excellence.
Branch Branding & Growth: Promote branch identity and sales initiatives while ensuring customer service excellence.
Customer Engagement: Connect with clients and prospects, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction.
Compliance & Accuracy: Review transactions and adhere to policies and controls.
Performance & Standards: Strive to meet branch metrics with focus on security and compliance.
Professional Development: Pursue ongoing training and education to enhance banking acumen.
