Job summary

White Cap is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Tucson, AZ to support branch operations and sales performance. You will assist with staffing, inventory control, procurement, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in branch or operations leadership, familiarity with sales order software (Oracle preferred), and knowledge of construction products. A valid MVR may be required and bilingual skills are aPlus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a branch or manager role.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations staff.
• Manages the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Assists the manager in developing strategies to drive branch sales and profitability.
• Assists with procurement, inventory control, shipping, warehousing, and sales per policies.
