Job summary

World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support across multiple branches in the United States. You’ll guide teams, ensure exceptional service, maintain compliance, and drive performance in a dynamic retail lending environment.

Based in or traveling across the Texas/Houston area, you’ll mentor branch staff, promote World Finance products, and build strong community relationships while delivering steady operational coverage and growth

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve results.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to make customers feel valued.
• Strategic thinker capable of analyzing performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Willingness to evolve, embrace change, and lead through it.
• Prior management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Desire to grow in leadership and inspire others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite management coverage and operational leadership across multiple branches as assigned.
• Facilitate excellent customer service and set the example in every branch you support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch team members to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment with company goals.
• Address customer needs holistically—from lending to tax services.
• Drive branch growth by promoting World Finance products and services.
• Support, collaborate with, and leverage the strengths of team members in each branch you oversee.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and adherence to operational standards.
• Build strong relationships within the communities served and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
