Job summary

GardaWorld in Florida is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our cash-management team. You will supervise drivers, messengers, vault personnel, and support staff, ensuring safe operations and adherence to regulations.

The role requires at least 5 years of management experience in transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a commercial license. Bachelor's degree is a plus; proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in transportation or related field.
• Experience in supply chain logistics, routing, and driver supervision.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain a commercial license.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record and meet company standards.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all branch employees, including supervisors, drivers and vault staff.
• Recruit and train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure adherence to DOT guidelines and state guard/weapons requirements.
• Coordinate daily vehicle assignments and vehicle maintenance.
• Oversee vault personnel and assist on armored and ATM routes.
