Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Branch Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead all branch personnel, oversee armored vehicle operations, vault staff, and ATM route support. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring DOT and state regulations compliance while coordinating vehicle maintenance and training initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience in transportation or related fields, with knowledge of supply chain logistics and strong Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in transportation or related field.
• Knowledge/experience in Supply Chain logistics, routing and driver supervision.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and the ability to obtain a commercial license.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record per company standards.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees at the branch including supervisors, drivers/messengers and vault staff.
• Recruit and train new employees.
• Reward, coach, and counsel employees.
• Ensure employee qualifications with DOT guidelines and state/county guard and weapons requirements.
• Manage daily vehicle assignments and coordinate maintenance.
• Supervise vault personnel and assist on vault when needed.
• Fill in on Armored and/or ATM routes when required.
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
