Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee branch and yard operations, ensuring customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, installation and pickup are met or exceeded.

You will supervise daily yard tasks, plan deliveries, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with the Branch Operations Manager to optimize workflow and assets. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily yard operation and personnel to ensure timely delivery, installation and pickup.
• Plans and schedules deliveries, installations and equipment returns with Branch Operations Manager.
• Maintains adequate rental inventory levels to satisfy customer demand.
• Ensures safe, neat and efficient operating conditions across responsibilities.
