Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• Experience in operations management within distribution or industrial setting; blast/coatings industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales support, customer service, order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, delivery, rental, and service operations.
• Lead and develop an operations team, providing coaching and growth opportunities.
• Drive process improvements to boost productivity, quality, and safety across all branches.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets to meet profitability targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of requests and orders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and address escalations promptly.
