Codale Electric is seeking a Branch Manager in Elko, NV. You will lead branch operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and safety, and ensure customer service excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication to drive growth and operational efficiency. Location is Elko, NV with a Monday–Friday schedule, early start hours, and a focus on meeting performance targets while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership, customer service and sales skills.
• Strong time and project management abilities.
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good reasoning ability and math aptitude.
• Industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch financial performance, personnel, inventory, distribution, and vendor processes.
• Develop resource strategy including facilities, equipment and staff to meet growth goals.
• Monitor financial indicators to measure branch performance.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and assets.
• Maintain compliance with safety, Hazmat, DOT, legal and employment regulations.
• Manage fleet resources to meet daily service needs.
• Oversee slotting and storage layout for efficiency.
• Maintain documented work procedures and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with the Regional Manager on operations and personnel.
• Collaborate with other Branch Managers to improve efficiency.
