Codale Electric is seeking a Branch Manager in Elko, NV. You will lead branch operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and safety, and ensure customer service excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication to drive growth and operational efficiency. Location is Elko, NV with a Monday–Friday schedule, early start hours, and a focus on meeting performance targets while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership, customer service and sales skills.
• Strong time and project management abilities.
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good reasoning ability and math aptitude.
• Industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch financial performance, personnel, inventory, distribution, and vendor processes.
• Develop resource strategy including facilities, equipment and staff to meet growth goals.
• Monitor financial indicators to measure branch performance.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and assets.
• Maintain compliance with safety, Hazmat, DOT, legal and employment regulations.
• Manage fleet resources to meet daily service needs.
• Oversee slotting and storage layout for efficiency.
• Maintain documented work procedures and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with the Regional Manager on operations and personnel.
• Collaborate with other Branch Managers to improve efficiency.

As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsibilities include successful management of branch financial performance, and personnel, inventory, distribution, and vendor processes.
• Develop a strategy that outlines resource requirements, including facilities, equipment, and staff, to meet the company's current and anticipated growth goals. Provides clear expectations of goals to all branch employees. Manages performance of branch employees and recognizes issues, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted.
• Understands and utilizes financial indicators to measure the performance of branch.
• Ensures safety and security of all employees, facility, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintains compliance with all safety and Hazmat, DOT, legal, and employment regulations.
• Manages fleet resources to meet daily customer service delivery requirements.
• Manages slotting and storage layout for optimum efficiency.
• Maintains documented procedures for work processes.
• Ensures compliance with processes and procedures to maintain accurate levels of inventory and prevent shrinkage.
• Maintains open channels of communication with the Regional Manager regarding all operations, processes, and personnel.
• Supports a collaborative environment with other Branch Managers to promote efficiency in the Company.
