Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead a facility and drive wholesale sales growth, with focus on inventory control, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role includes supervising clerical staff, dispatchers, and CDL drivers, while aligning with budgets and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of managerial experience, strong financial oversight, and excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus). Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience with budgeting and staff oversight.
• Strong communication and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain facility and inventory for lube and fuel.
• Oversee card lock operations and wholesale sales growth.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with safety and regulations.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for office staff and drivers.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations and Finance on budgets and goals.
• Maintain customer relationships and address inquiries or complaints.
• Ensure adherence to DOT laws and driver safety through coaching.
