Job summary

MTD Water seeks a Branch Operations Manager in Las Vegas to lead daily branch operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery for temporary water solutions at events. You will manage warehouse operations, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration with the US Operations Director to drive growth.

The role requires proven leadership in operations, strong English communication, and fluency with MS Office and new software tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
At least five years of leadership experience in operations or project-based industries.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience managing warehouse operations is preferred.
Excellent command of English and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and performance.
Lead and coach warehouse personnel and branch support staff.
Plan staffing, recruit, and develop employees to meet project demands.
Manage branch project execution with correct equipment per standards.
Coordinate staffing to projects based on qualifications and needs.
Communicate with project managers and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Collaborate with Fleet Manager for equipment availability and maintenance.
Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
Coordinate with US Operations Director to align planning across locations.
Monitor metrics, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans.
Serve as primary branch leader for critical project issues and emergencies.
Support HR requirements of the branch.
Some travel required to support projects in the region.
