Job summary

MTD Water is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the deployment of temporary water infrastructure for large-scale live events. You will work with Sales, Operations, and clients to ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects, including field oversight and design feedback.

The role requires coordinating schedules, logistics, materials, vendors, and internal/ client communications, with travel to event sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, logistics, or event production.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects across teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Preferred experience: live events (festivals, sports) and temporary infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of temporary water infrastructure systems based on approved design packages.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with event timelines and milestones.
• Track progress across multiple active projects and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, logistics, and field supervisors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved design documentation and change management processes.
• Maintain project documentation and participate in post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
