Job summary

Rain for Rent in Colorado is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Branch Manager by planning and executing day-to-day branch operations, from scheduling staff to procuring rental equipment and completing billing documentation.

You will oversee all physical operations at the branch, supervise field teams, ensure safety compliance, and drive service quality. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within a family‑owned company.

Qualifications

Knowledge of trucking, DMV and DOT regulations.
Ability to supervise multiple trades and workers across the branch.
Understanding of rental equipment processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager with all aspects of Branch operations.
Supervise branch field and operations personnel to meet customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate, timely, and professional communication with customers and staff.
Ensure rental equipment is repaired, maintained, and registered as needed.
Monitor branch expenses and provide variance reports against budget.
Track billable hours for accurate billing to customers.
Enforce safety procedures and PPE compliance.
