Rain for Rent seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, safety, sales and staff development at our branch. You will drive revenue, manage customer relations, and coach the team to meet branch goals across rentals and services.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality liquid handling solutions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Five years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pumping, irrigation systems, and water handling products.

Responsabilités

• Represent the Company honestly and fairly with customers, competitors and vendors.
• Meet or exceed annual budgeted revenue for rentals, sales, hauling, labor and product line revenues.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve goals.
• Promote a positive company image and address customer concerns promptly.
• Supervise branch operations for safety, administration, inventory, and finance.
