Job summary

Northwest Consumer Discount Company is looking for a Branch Operations Officer in Columbus, OH, to provide leadership in operational support and compliance within their retail network. The successful candidate will work on process improvement initiatives and support the Financial Center staff in operational excellence.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, and ideally 2-6 years of leadership and customer service experience in retail banking.

Qualifications

• 2 - 6 years of leadership and coaching experience.
• 5 - 6 years of retail banking experience with a focus on operations and compliance.
• 2 - 6 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Financial Center staff for operational excellence.
