You will help manage branch operations, drive customer experience, and participate in budgeting and inventory planning. Day shift, full-time, with travel as needed and lifting up to 25 pounds. Floral industry experience is a plus as noted in the qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, logistics, inventory, or management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Central Purchasing and department leaders to support effective purchasing, replenishment, and inventory planning.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, utilizing best care & handling procedures to maximize freshness and reduce dump.
• Monitor product movement, identify opportunities for improved turns.
• Support department managers in maintaining product in line with predicted customer demand.
