Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Assistant Branch Manager in the United States. You will support the branch's sales and operations teams, step in for the Branch Manager when needed, and help drive profitability through procurement, inventory, and customer service excellence.

The role requires strong experience in branch operations, with a focus on team leadership, budgeting, and coordinating logistics for a reliable customer experience.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations staff.
• Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence and help drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per policy.
• Resolve branch-level issues, investigate customer complaints and adjust resources as needed.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, customer service, and accurate billing of orders.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in a branch operations role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
