Job summary

Blossman Gas in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Service Manager / Assistant Branch Manager to lead the on-site service team, schedule daily work, coordinate with Technicians, and ensure a safe, high-quality customer installation and service experience. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years propane/service installation experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills (MS Office, email, POS).

CDL with hazmat is a plus; Blossman Gas will assist in obtaining it.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years propane/service installation experience.
• CDL with hazmat endorsement is a plus; not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to schedule installations and work with Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily service work and coordinate with Technicians.
• Use computer, email, and POS scheduling system.
• Schedule appliance/gas storage tank installations and annual maintenance.
• Assist Branch Manager with employee development, safety, and growth goals.
