The 10–12 week, full-time summer program provides hands-on training across distribution operations, sales, and leadership for students entering their final years of study. Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; juniors graduating Dec 2025–May 2026 preferred.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and work ethic demonstrated in previous roles or activities.
• Personable, driven, and eager to learn in a hands‑on environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain immersive training in distribution operations, sales and leadership.
• Receive and move products, load trucks and manage dispatch logistics.
• Handle customer service, order entry and inside sales.
• Shadow a Territory Manager for outside sales exposure.
• Present a capstone business project at headquarters.
• Biweekly coaching sessions to accelerate learning.
