Job summary

Main Line Brands’ Fitness Machine Technicians division in the Greater Philadelphia area seeks a General Manager to own operations and the P&L of the branch. You will lead a cross-functional team and be responsible for sales, budget, and service execution.

You’ll drive field service, build strong commercial relationships, manage inventory, and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes while growing the branch’s profitability and customer base. Experience with preventative-maintenance programs is valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in operations, service, or branch management with hands-on P&L or budget responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead a team of supervisors, office staff, and technicians.
• Track record of meeting sales, margin, and cost goals including AR management.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch's sales and profit budget and drive day-to-day field service.
• Manage branch P&L, pricing decisions, repair budgets, and equipment spending.
• Lead scheduling, dispatch, and routing to ensure timely service for residential and commercial customers.
• Build and grow commercial accounts, retain customers, and manage relationships with gyms, hotels, universities, and healthcare facilities.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, ensure safety, and uphold company values.
