Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Renton, WA to oversee all branch operations, drive growth, and manage client relationships. You will lead safety, service quality, and profitability while recruiting and developing a high-performing team.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or related services, plus P&L oversight and strong communication skills. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent landscape maintenance/construction experience
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping/operations/service industries
• Experience managing P&L and reading financial reports
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations with focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance
• Lead sales and business development to grow revenue and client base
• Supervise customer service teams and maintain high-quality service delivery
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, billing, and cash flow
• Enforce EHS policies and promote a safe work environment
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; set performance expectations
