Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent combination of landscape maintenance/construction industry experience and education.
• 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in landscaping, operations, or a service-based industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and understand financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance practices.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development, motivation, and performance management.
• Adaptive and proactive in managing change and solving complex operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with policies.
• Oversee the delivery of services and supervise teams to ensure high-quality performance.
• Maintain branch facilities, assets, and equipment for a professional, safe work environment.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
