Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to join our Meridian, MS team. You will support shop operations, sales, and branch administration, ensuring contracts, billing, and inquiries are handled accurately and promptly.

You will coordinate scheduling of technicians, deliveries and equipment while collaborating with customers and branch staff. The role emphasizes process documentation, order entry, and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Ability to handle non-routine, complex tasks.
• Proficient in STEEB, SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone calls, online inquiries and customer walk-ins.
• Coordinate operations and logistics tasks; scheduling technicians, deliveries and equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and branch staff on issue resolution.
• Process customer requests such as quotes and orders via phone, in person, or email.
• Document tasks in process flows and ensure accurate billing and contracts.
