Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Service Center Specialist for our Kent, WA location. This onsite role handles inbound calls, inquiries, orders, deliveries and billing to ensure smooth customer experiences while supporting branch operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus 2 years of related work, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools. Light construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of applicable work experience or Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated capability in comparable work
• Light construction experience preferred
• Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Suite and math skills
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot logical processes and basic knowledge of circuit testing

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, online inquiries, and customer walk-ins
• Process rental quotes and orders by phone, in person, or email
• Enter orders and arrange delivery per the individual agreement including freight terms
• May assist with contract renewals and contract maintenance
• Support Service Shop Technicians in completing work orders and pulling necessary parts
• Ensure correct time entries and appropriate billing for projects and service engagements
• Obtain and update forms of payment to process service orders
• Ensure on-site safety credentials or training are in place
• Assist branch staff in compiling metrics and reporting
