Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related banking experience.
• Thorough knowledge of bank procedures, products, services, and teller operations.

• Ability to lift fifty pounds (50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the branch to meet customer financial services needs in the community market area.
• Supervise assigned personnel and communicate with management and staff.
• Provide periodic reports to the Branch Manager.
• Develop and implement sales, customer service and growth strategies for the branch.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain security, safety and cleanliness of the office and vault operations.
• Open new accounts and establish CIFs with proper IDs.
• Participate in community events to reflect well on the bank.
