Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Associate Branch Manager (ABM) to assist the Branch Manager in running the branch and managing 3+ client service teams. The role focuses on maintaining quality landscape management for BrightView clients while pursuing financial targets and market growth.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, supervising staff, budgeting, billing, and ensuring contracts and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 2-4 years of management work experience.
• Proficient in project and time management, resource planning, and effective decision making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Solid working knowledge of business accounting. P&L management and financial analysis to support branch profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships and communicate regularly with key clients.
• Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality.
• Ensure BrightView's existing accounts are renewed each year.
• Coordinate and manage client service teams.
• Assist the Branch Manager in the performance of financial and accounting tasks, as required.
• Develop forecasts/budgets.
• Work with the Operational Accounting team to accurately track branch performance.
• Ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify staffing needs.
• Monitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
