First Community Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for our Spring, TX location. The AVP will ensure branch operations are effective, efficient, and compliant with credit union policies and procedures.

The role supports the Branch Vice President and supervises staff to ensure smooth, secure, and customer-oriented service delivery. The position requires a flexible schedule with Saturday availability and a background in banking/finance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of banking/financial experience with a record of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure branch operations are effective, efficient, and compliant with credit union policies.
• Assist Branch Vice President to ensure smooth flow of branch operations and handle complex inquiries.
• Supervise staff and perform duties as directed by Branch VP.
