Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leading and fastest-growing foundation repair and water management specialist, is hiring an Office Manager in Virginia to lead daily branch operations.

You will oversee administrative tasks, support onboarding, payroll, scheduling, and permitting, and act as a liaison between customers and branch teams. Groundworks offers an employee ownership program, a training track, and competitive pay with a bonus program and benefits.

Qualifications

• Technical degree preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years of management experience with direct customer service.
• Construction or home services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as customer advocate and ensures that each branch department is fully engaged and connected with our customers.
• Supports the operation with job costing, scheduling and permitting.
• Coordinates with Accounting and Human Resources on onboarding, pay, and timekeeping tasks.
• Manages various office administrative staff and reports to Operational Leaders.
• Maintains customer service through resolution and quality metrics.
• Regularly and reliably reports to work on time as part of essential functions.
