Staff Zone is seeking an Office Manager to support branch operations in its Phoenix office, collaborating with the Branch Manager, Sales Manager, clients, and workforce to ensure a smooth-running operation and accurate daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to multi-task under pressure while maintaining professional phone etiquette.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with dispatching duties in the morning.
• Manage credit and collections.
• Produce and mail invoices.
• Promote safety in the workplace.
• Recruiting, in way of taking applications.
• Willing to work a weekend rotating, some holidays as required.
• Process credit applications for new clients.
• Ensure workforce is paid correctly and efficiently; assist with payroll.
