Conference Technologies in Columbus, OH is seeking a Branch Office Coordinator to keep daily operations running smoothly and energize the team. You will schedule manpower for installations and service, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure our office space is organized and welcoming.

You'll support the Inside Sales team, handle shipping/receiving, order tracking, and other general office duties while bringing a sense of humor and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 1–2 years in admin corporate or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the branch managing day-to-day operations and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Schedule manpower for Installation and Service work.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and logistics.
• Keep the office space vibrant, organized, and ready for client visits and events.
• Support the Inside Sales team.
• Shipping/Receiving.
• Order Tracking.
• Other general office duties.
