Job summary

PrimeLending in Albuquerque seeks a Branch Manager who will lead the sales team within a single branch, drive loan production, and promote PrimeLending products to realtors, builders, and clients. Under the Branch Manager's direction, you will recruit, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with agency and company guidelines.

You will evaluate loan products, build relationships with key partners, monitor pricing, and plan staffing to meet productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business preferred.
• 3-5 years loan officer experience and 3 years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of residential mortgage origination.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours and stay informed on market trends.

Responsibilities

• Directs the sales team within a branch to ensure quality loan production.
• Markets PrimeLending products to realtors, builders, and clients.
• Recruits, hires and trains loan officers; directs sales training programs.
• Ensures loans meet Agency, Corporate Broker, and Company guidelines.
• Develops sales strategies, forecasts, and reports; monitors pricing.
