Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an experienced Mortgage Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team of Loan Originators and drive the sale of our mortgage products. The role emphasizes relationship-building with external originators, referral sources, and customers to ensure accurate and timely closings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of the end-to-end loan process, with licensing readiness within 60 days where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in mortgage industry with understanding of the residential loan process from application to fulfillment.
• Minimum 3 years in a management role preferred.
• Must be licensed (or able to gain license within 60 days) in applicable states.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Branch Manager, who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals. This professional will work in a tight-knit, goal-oriented team where our Customers and Referral Partners can rely on them to ensure an accurate and timely closing process. The Licensed Loan Officer’s primary function is the promotion and sale of Company loan products and services to potential customers.

What you'll do:

What you’ll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry with a clear understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application through fulfillment
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role preferred
• Must be appropriately licensed (or be able to gain license within 60 days of start date) by the applicable regulator in each state in which he/she does licensee activities
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills required
