Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote and sell memberships, travel products, and banking offerings at our Jacksonville location. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and support the branch team in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

The role emphasizes customer relationship building, satisfaction, and potential career growth, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, and a competitive hourly wage.

• Customer Experience: Experience working in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Problem solving & ownership: take personal responsibility, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Digital confidence: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning workplace technology.
• Organization & prioritization: multitask, prioritize work effectively, meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, refer complex questions to senior staff.
• Process payments for policies and products while balancing cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods.
