Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads and promote travel and insurance specials; make outbound calls.
• Respond to inquiries, help resolve complaints, escalate when needed.
• Process payments for policies and travel products; balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to staff during peak periods.
