Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bank/Credit Union experience with personal accounts and financial products preferred.
• Good driving record and reliable transportation for travel between branches.

Responsibilities

• Empathizes with members and provides solutions to acquire and effectively use NASA FCU products and services.
• Identifies member needs to provide solutions on products that meet the member's needs and facilitate financial security.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding accounts, rates, discrepancies, credit, debit and loan products.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check orders, and other transactions.
• Handles complex member situations such as deceased members, guardianships, and representative payee accounts.
• Advises members regarding available insurance protection (life, disability, gap).
• Supports other branches or Call Center as needed to meet business needs.
• Supports Call Center queues (phone and email).
