Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Manager at the Darrington Branch to oversee teller and financial platform operations, while guiding staff through coaching and development. You will act as a trusted financial advisor, educating members to meet their financial goals with a consultative approach.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail banking experience and an Associate's Degree in business or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate branch operations including Teller and Financial Platform.
• Act as trusted financial advisor to members; educate and fulfill financial needs.
• Lead team through daily coaching and development to keep service professional.
• Assist members with financial needs through consultative needs-based approach.
• Assist with account and loan products; operate as teller as needed; resolve issues within authority.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed; assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Lead and manage staff in hiring, training, development, and evaluation; suggest promotions and salary adjustments.
• Promote exceptional member service and a needs-based sales culture.
