Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Financial Consultant at the Darrington Branch to join a community-focused team. You will work 37-40 hours per week with open availability Monday through Saturday, providing consultative guidance to members on accounts, loans, and banking services.

As a trusted resource, you will educate members, refer to business and investment services as needed, support the Teller line, process transactions accurately, and help members achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with their financial needs through a consultative approach.
• Identify and educate members on products/services to meet needs including accounts, consumer loans, and questions about offerings.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support the Teller line as needed.
• Handle problem resolution within your authority.
• Process transactions with high accuracy and in compliance with policies and regulations.
