Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative for our Grand Rapids SE Branch Office. This on-site role focuses on welcoming members, promoting membership and travel products, and delivering outstanding service to drive satisfaction and sales.

You will handle customer inquiries, lead generation, and basic banking-related activities while supporting a fast-paced branch team and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused experience delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
• Comfort with using Microsoft Office and workplace tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads and promotions, share travel and insurance info, conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, escalate as needed.
• Process payments for policies and travel products, balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
