Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to serve members in person at a Florida branch. You’ll greet and assist members, promote memberships and travel products, and help drive satisfaction and sales goals.

Based on a Monday–Friday schedule, you will handle payments, support travel and banking product sales, and collaborate with the team to meet branch objectives while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and delivering helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenged.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic workplace tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and promote membership, travel products, and banking offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance promos, and make outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, escalate when needed.
• Process payments for policies and products while balancing cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
